Private issue silver bar from VietnamComment from Stephen Tai:The inscription is "Made in Fong Tien Province". Fong Tien Province means Manchurain Province where is in the northeast China. Allow me to say this, but I am afraid that this piece should be a fantasy. Chinese didn't cast their sycee in the name of a province, but lots of fatasies did that. Besides, that kind of rectangular silver bar was not adpoted by anywhere in China.
