 [Article]  [Discussion]  [Edit]  [History]

Little guy cooking Bún chả.

Welcome, dear friends!

Vietnamese cuisine is definitely the most wonderful in the world!

Here is a Vietnamese Cooking Wikipedia - the place where you can:

  • share your recepies;
  • discuss the cookbooks;
  • and... well... your suggestions are welcome!

TAY HO SHRIMP CAKE

Materials: 1.Raw head-on shrimp 2.Frying Mix Flour of CJ Foods INC with instruction included, I saw it here: https://www.flamingcabbage.com/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=246 3.Vegetable oil 5.Medium size sweet potato, peeled and cut paper thin

How to cook: 1. Wash the shrimp and dry well. 2. Put the flour in a bowl and add the water, stir well as instruction. 3. Add the sweet potato in to the flour. 4. Heat up the oil to the boiling point. 5. Deep one whole shrimp in the flour 6. Drop the shrimp with sweet potato into the hot oil and fry until the shrimp cake is a light golden brown and the shrimp is pink. 7. Repeat 5.

Serve with: 1. Source: blend fish source with black pepper, a little sugar, squeezed lemon juice, water. Add sliced carrot, sliced garlic, even raw papaya as desired. 2. Fresh Vegetables: Vietnamese lettuce, mint, other herbs as desired. 3. And of course beer or vodka :)

The instruction is only based on my unquantified receipe!
