Stuffed turkey with buckwheat

Ingredients

  • 1 average size turkey
  • 2 cups of buckwheat
  • 2lb minced beef
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 big onion
  • salt, pepper, other spices

Instructions

Stuffing

Cook buckwheat.
Fry chopped onions to golden color in vegetable oil on large pan. Add mince, salt and spices, cook until mince is ready.
Add buckwheat to the pan, mix well and fry for few more minutes. Chop boiled eggs and mix with the stuffing.
Cool down to the room temperature.

Turkey

You will normally find the cooking instructions attached to your turkey when you buy it in grocery.

Stuff turkey with prepared buckwheat. Put the rest of stuffing on the frying pan under the turkey.
Rub the turkey skin with seasoning and oil.

Bake in the oven at 325F for 4-5 hours, depending on the turkey size.
