Hello Sema!
I am writing to you from Capital Books, Inc.
This week we are releasing our latest project,
THE VIETNAMESE COOKBOOK, by Diana Tran.
This is a basic Vietnamese cookbook,
with the twist that the recipes are simplified
for the busy American lifestyle.
The author, Diana Tran, is a Vietnamese immigrant
who has built a successful dressmaking business
in Washington DC, and wanted to share the food
of her country with an American audience.
I noticed on your website that you have a wonderful
page listing Vietnamese cookbooks with links to
Amazon.com.
I was wondering if you would like to receive a copy
of THE VIETNAMESE COOKBOOK to review and post
on your site as well.
I will be happy to send a free copy to you
as soon as it arrives from the printer,
and before it is available in stores.
Please let me know if this interests you.
I look forward to hearing from you
and working with you in the future!
Best wishes,
Kristen Gustafson

Well, I don't want to reproduce editor's review from the backcover here, neither i want to repeat what Amazon customers say. What else can I add?.. First, this is the first book of all I've seen that has vietnamese names of the dishes. I mean not in english transcription, but real Vietnamese! Second, these are not restaraunt recipes as most of the other books offer, This is an ordinary food, what ordinary people cook in their everyday life. Third - very nice edition, of course!
And one more thing i like in this book:
My friends are now waiting in line to borrow this book from me,
