NOTE from Howard Daniel: Your 1 Dong appears to be the mate to my 1948L (L=Local) Daniel-50 5 Dong. So, at this time, I would assign it a temporary Daniel-49 catalog number. (I have assigned it D-49A in my database and notified the Pick editors that it should be placed in as Pick-34A. I was very recently sent a much lower grade of this note and bought it, so it is now in my collection.)
