Shipping and handling:
Regular mail: $1.00 worldwide (I am not responsible for lost and stolen mail)
Insured mail: $5.00 for USA.
Global priority mail: $10.00 for all countries where it can be sent.
Global express mail: $20 to $30 - may depend on the country.
If you buy some expensive stuff, insured or express mail is strongly recommended.

Payment:
Check or money order in US Dollars.
Personal check may take some time to clear.
Cash: US Dollars; €uro (accepted only in UNC); Other currencies (please ask)
I do not recommend sending cash because there is always some risk of lost mail.
