Unlisted 10 cent 1919

This coin is not listed in catalog.
1919 coin should be of KM#9 type ( TITRE 0.835 ),
but it has reverse of KM#16.1 type ( TITRE 0.680 ).
Weight: 2.38g (instead of regular weight 2.70g)
